Lindo Family Owners Gallery Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Who can enter

• You must be aged 18 or over to submit content and receive a valid Prize Draw Entry Number.
• You need a Lindo account to submit through the Lindo Family submission page.
• No purchase is required through the submission form, but every eligible submission must genuinely feature a Lindo guitar.
• Lindo may reject, remove or invalidate submissions that appear misleading, duplicated, unsuitable, fabricated or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Photo submission rules

• Each person/account may submit one photo set of up to 3 photos.
• At least one submitted photo must clearly show both a real person and a genuine Lindo guitar.
• Photos showing only a person or only a guitar may be rejected.
• Copied, borrowed, AI-generated, deepfaked, misleading or fabricated photo content may be rejected.
• One approved and published eligible photo set can receive 1 valid Prize Draw Entry Number.

YouTube video submission rules

• Each person/account may submit YouTube video entries separately from photo submissions.
• Each approved and published eligible YouTube video can receive 1 valid Prize Draw Entry Number.
• Each person/account may receive a maximum of 5 valid YouTube video Prize Draw Entry Numbers.
• The YouTube video must show a real person with a genuine Lindo guitar.
• The YouTube video title must include “Lindo Guitars” and your Lindo Family account nickname so Lindo can verify the video belongs to you.
• Videos that appear copied, borrowed, misleading, fabricated, inappropriate, duplicated, over the account limit or submitted without permission may be rejected.

Entry number limits

• The total maximum is 6 valid Prize Draw Entry Numbers per person/account: 1 photo set entry and up to 5 YouTube video entries.
• Only approved and published eligible submissions receive valid Prize Draw Entry Numbers.
• Pending, rejected, removed, withdrawn, unpublished or invalidated submissions are not valid for the draw.
• If a customer changes an already submitted photo set, the changed photos must be reviewed again. If a valid Prize Draw Entry Number has already been issued for that photo set, the number may be kept while the replacement is reviewed, unless the entry is later found to be ineligible.

Manual review

All submissions are manually reviewed by Lindo staff before publication and before any Prize Draw Entry Number is treated as valid. Lindo may approve, reject, remove, unpublish or invalidate content at its discretion if the content does not meet these Terms & Conditions or is not suitable for the Lindo Family Owners Gallery.

Permissions and public display

• You confirm that you own or have permission to submit the photo or YouTube video link.
• You give Lindo Guitars permission to display approved content in the Lindo Family Owners Gallery.
• Approved submissions may be displayed publicly with your submitted nickname, country and guitar model.
• Email addresses, account IDs, internal review notes, private consent records and Prize Draw Entry Numbers are not displayed publicly in the gallery.
• Lindo may make reasonable formatting, cropping, display or model-name adjustments before publication.

Closing date and moderation

Submissions must be received by 23:59 BST on 15 September 2026. Lindo may continue moderation after the submission deadline. The intended moderation deadline is 17:00 BST on 19 September 2026.

Prize

The prize is one Lindo Earth Slim Body Electro Acoustic Guitar. UK delivery is included. International winners are responsible for any shipping, customs, import duties, taxes or local charges unless Lindo states otherwise in writing.

Draw process

The recommended draw date is 22 September 2026. The draw should use a verifiable third-party service such as RANDOM.ORG. Public draw input should use Prize Draw Entry Numbers only, not personal data.

Changes, removal and invalidation

Lindo may remove gallery content or invalidate a Prize Draw Entry Number if a submission is later found to be ineligible, duplicated, misleading, fabricated, withdrawn, unsuitable, submitted without permission or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Invalidation does not delete the audit record.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

Lindo Ltd reserves the right to update, clarify, suspend, cancel or amend these Terms & Conditions where it is reasonable and necessary to do so, including where there is an error, technical issue, suspected misuse, fraud, legal or regulatory requirement, or an event outside Lindo Ltd’s reasonable control.

Any changes will be made in good faith and will not be applied retrospectively in a way that unfairly disadvantages valid entries already received, unless required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, platform rules or to protect the integrity of the prize draw.

Where a material change affects entrants, Lindo Ltd will update this page and, where reasonably practicable, take steps to notify affected entrants.

Lindo Ltd’s decisions on eligibility, moderation, publication, Prize Draw Entry Numbers and administration of the prize draw are final, provided those decisions are made fairly, reasonably, in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
