What if I am not home on the attempt of a delivery?
Parcelforce will attempt to leave your delivery with an immediate neighbour but if this is not possible then they will leave a calling card detailing the action you need to take. This normally means being left at the local post office or depot for you to collect.
I live abroad, can I purchase from you?
At the moment we have fixed prices for the following countries: United Kingdom, Netherlands, Monaco, Luxembourg, Jersey, Ireland, Guernsey , Germany, France, Denmark and Belgium. Should you want your order to be dispatched to any other country, please get in touch with us and we will give you a price offer.
Do I get a warranty?
We offer 1 and 3 year manufacturers warranties with our instruments and the period will be stipulated on your individual order. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.
How do I make a claim against my instrument?
The warranty covers defects against materials and workmanship and if you believe that you have a valid claim then please contact us to discuss this. Please note that any claim made against faulty materials or workmanship will need to be verified by inspection by our team of expert staff. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
I would like a custom guitar made, can you do this?
We are able to make guitars to your specification but please be aware that this can be a lengthy process. Please contact us to discuss further.
What if I am not happy with my product?
We operate a 14 day money back policy. This allows you the opportunity to try the instrument and make sure it meets your requirements. If you are not happy for any reason then you can return the instrument for a full refund. In this instance, please contact us prior to sending to discuss the best option for return delivery. Please also make sure that the instrument is returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Please be aware that the cost of the return delivery is at your expense. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Can I get parts for my guitar?
