you never know when considering an acoustic bass guitar… I mean the acoustic version is really a double bass… but I have to say I’m delighted I took the risk… along side acoustic guitar its perfect… isnt drowned out…

The materials used on this and how it is put together exude pure craftsmanship skill and an artistic eye for detail. Musically its a pleasure to play and listen to… the action is excellent, the tones and harmonics perfect.

When I plugged it in, it’s class continued… I already have a fender electric bass, although I’m principally a guitarist, when pals call around, we will exchange instruments and let the craic ensue… from reggae to hardcore punk… awl lads now, but we all played in bands in our past… nothing special… my point? Decades ago I entered the world of guitars as a young punk idolising Sid Vicious, so … bass guitar it was… Punk has attitude, and its only as I’ve mellowed in the past 15 years that I took acoustic instruments seriously… they came after the electrical… so I suppose there’s always a residual bias towards the electrical for me. That being said, I’d prefer this bass plugged in over the fender anyway, even if knocking out a Flux of Pink Indians number as I discovered this week… Its a pure pleasure to play this bass! I guess I’ve fallen in love? as I could pull a Paul Simonon on the fender, it is what it is, but never this instrument, its high art!

Arrived a week early and absolutely chuffed with it. Looks good, sounds good and came with a bag!!
Was already strung and in tune.

I bought this acoustic bass not expecting something so glamorous. But it had a problem: fret buzz on the D string at the 10th fret. I have a feeling this guitar had been round the block. The problem is that this is an unusual machine. Not many people aspire to one. However I was passing Bristol and took it along to Lindo guitars. They were very helpful and swapped it for their demo one which was fine. You get a lot for your £200.

This is a really nice guitar. It came three days before the expected delivery date despite delivery to a small Scottish village. Almost perfectly tuned on arrival and no damage or scratches. Really nice looking and looks quality built. I was a bit worried finger prints would be obvious on the Matt finish but not really aware of this. It needs a jumbo gig bag if you’re planning to get one also.
The sound and action height are lovely for me. I believe some wanted this adjusted. No buzz on the upper frets and I’m really enjoying being able to play it anytime without having to lead up to amp as I did with my previous Epiphone ripper and Stagg fretless. Admittedly only had it a few days so far but played well in this time and holds tuning fairly well considering new strings. Good volume for an acoustic bass. I’m lovin’ it?

Delivery was to be 24/25th November.my new Lindo bass guitar arrived on 22nd of November.Great!!!
I have never played bass guitar before, but on opening the box, the guitar was already set up.
I had a rough idea of bass lines, and immediately picked up on them. The tone and finish of the guitar are excellent, with the exception of a small amount of black paint missing on the inside of the sound hole.
Overall, I’m delighted.

I bought this for my husband’s birthday and he hasn’t stopped playing it! Having checked out similar products in music shops, this is by far the best for both price and quality. It has a good tone, he says it was set up perfectly and sound is loud and punchy. Sounds equally impressive through an amp. Arrived on time,well packaged and came with a case-excellent.
Already recommending this British brand to friends.

Lovely piece of kit, sounds great with or without an amplifier. The built-in tuner is a neat touch. Overall, very pleased with it!
