The Neptune SE V2 begins with grain, not decoration. A book-matched walnut top brings two natural halves into one considered surface, while an offset soundhole gives the familiar acoustic outline its own quieter rhythm.
Turn it over and open-pore satin mahogany continues the story across the back, sides and neck. In this left-handed edition, every line is arranged around the player it was made to meet.
The instrument in the room
Full-size presence, shaped for the left hand.
At 41 inches, the Neptune SE V2 carries the familiar presence of a full-size electro-acoustic guitar. The cutaway opens a comfortable route towards the upper frets, while the offset soundhole and natural walnut figuring keep the silhouette unmistakably Neptune.
The effect is composed rather than loud: a modern acoustic whose special-edition character comes from the material itself.
Two sides of the same story

The book-matched walnut top supplies the first impression. Behind it, mahogany back and sides carry an open-pore satin finish that leaves the wood visually close and naturally understated.
A 100 mm body depth, walnut binding and mahogany neck tie the profile together without interrupting the grain.
The body tells its own chapter
An offset soundhole with something inside to discover.
The cutaway body keeps all 20 frets within reach, while the offset soundhole changes the visual balance of the top. Look through it and the laser-engraved Planet Core label waits inside: a detail made for the player who looks twice.
The walnut fretboard and bridge continue the material theme beneath the hand. At the bridge, a compensated bone saddle works with the 43 mm bone nut to support accurate intonation across the fretboard.
The first turn of the string
Black locking tuners, measured one movement at a time.
The Neptune SE V2 uses black-finish locking machine heads with a 19:1 gear ratio. The locking mechanism reduces the need for repeated string winds and makes string changes more direct, while the fine ratio gives each tuning movement room to settle.
Front and back views keep the construction clear: a modern headstock that belongs to the same restrained visual language as the body.
When the room grows larger
Shape the voice, then decide where it travels.
The F-4T preamp combines a chromatic tuner, master volume and four-band EQ—bass, middle, treble and presence—in one practical control point. The piezoelectric pickup carries the guitar beyond its acoustic voice through a 1/4-inch jack or balanced XLR output.
Before the first proper chord
Checked by hand, then prepared for the road.
Before leaving Lindo Guitars, every Neptune SE V2 receives a full UK setup. Neck relief, nut height, action, frets, electronics and final playability are checked so the guitar begins its next chapter with the practical details already considered.
The included padded gigbag provides a home between those chapters, with an Allen key included for the instrument’s ongoing care.
