UK Delivery and Tracking
UK shipping is free on all orders!
If the guitar you have purchased is in stock, it will be available for immediate dispatch, this means we can deliver your order to you very quickly (subject to full payment authorisation).
Guitars, Amplifiers and larger items weighing over 2kg are sent via Parcelforce, DHL or UPS (next working day courier service). We will email you confirmation when your order has been dispatched. If your order is sent via our couriers we will provide you with the tracking reference number.
Please note: We do not operate on Bank Holidays, so do keep in mind your order will be processed the following working day.
Northern Ireland, North of Scotland, Isle of Man, Shetland Isles, Western Isles, Channel Islands are a 2 working day area for Parcelforce or 3-5 service via Evri.
Guitar accessories like strings, straps, stands, tuners etc weighing less than 2kg are posted with Royal Mail on the dispatch date shown. We cannot guarantee a delivery time for these orders, but First Class post usually takes 1-2 days.

Orders of More than one Guitar
If you would like to order more than 1 guitar and are based outside the UK, please contact us first to find the best shipping rate for you. Our normal rate for international orders is for one guitar. The packaging size increases greatly so we will need an additional payment. Thanks for your understanding! 🙂
