Environmental Statement
At Lindo Guitars, we understand that musical instruments rely on natural materials, skilled manufacturing, packaging and international shipping. We recognise that these activities have an environmental impact, and we aim to make responsible, practical choices where we can.
Built to Last
We focus on designing and supplying guitars that are made to be enjoyed for years, rather than treated as disposable products. Every Lindo guitar is fully set up before dispatch, helping customers receive an instrument that plays well from the start and is more likely to be kept, played, maintained and enjoyed over time.
Responsible Material Choices
Where suitable, some of our designs may use engineered composite woods for selected necks and fingerboards, as well as renewable materials such as bamboo. These material choices can help reduce reliance on certain traditional hardwoods while still supporting strength, stability and playability.
Reducing Waste Where Possible
Where possible, we aim to reduce unnecessary waste in our operations, packaging and product handling. We also encourage customers to care for their instruments properly, including storing guitars in suitable temperature and humidity conditions, helping extend the useful life of each instrument.
Direct Online Value
We sell directly to customers online, helping to avoid some of the additional movement, handling and retail distribution stages that can come with traditional reseller networks. This also allows us to focus more directly on design, setup, customer support and product value.
We do not claim to be perfect, but we will continue to review how we work and look for sensible ways to improve, including in packaging, product handling, website operations and customer support.
Our goal is to offer distinctive, well-prepared instruments while continuing to improve the way we operate as a small independent UK guitar company.
