IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR WARRANTY
This warranty is offered in conjunction with a purchase made from Lindo Guitars, 238 Broomhill Road, Brislington, Bristol, BS4 5RG. The warranty also applies when a purchase has been made from Amazon UK. The obligations of Lindo Guitars are limited to repair or replacement for defects in materials or workmanship. We recommend you register your warranty within 28 days of purchase at: www.lindoguitars.com/warranty
If you are not able to register your warranty online then please telephone us on 0117 3009806 and have your order number to hand so we can register the warranty over the telephone. Registration of the warranty is deemed as acceptance. We cannot be held responsible for failure to read and understand these terms.
You MUST keep the guitar box for the lifetime of the warranty as the guitar will need to be returned in its original packaging should a warranty claim be accepted.
If you wish to make a claim against your warranty then the following process applies: contact must be made with Lindo Guitars prior to the item being returned. You can contact us by telephone on 0117 3009806 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and explain in detail what the issue is and also asked to provide photographic evidence of the issue.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the cost of transporting the guitar to and from our premises for inspection.
Once received, your item will be inspected within 5 working days of receipt. The item will either be repaired or replaced if covered by this warranty. We will contact you to let you know the outcome of the inspection and the resolution and also to discuss your preferred method of transporting the guitar back to you. Lindo Guitars will not entertain any dispute against the outcome of our inspection.
