Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Our free Competitions welcome entries internationally, including from residents of the United States, wherever prize delivery is legally and practically possible. Entrants must follow the entry instructions in the specific official competition announcement and meet its other eligibility requirements.

2. How to Enter

The free Competition is entered through the official social-media post by following, liking, commenting and sharing as instructed. No paid Entry Number is required for this Competition. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, or suspicious entries may be removed.

3. Winner Selection

Winners are selected according to the rules stated for each competition. Lindo Guitars’ decision is final.

4. Winner Announcement

After the Competition closes, Lindo Guitars contacts the selected potential winner through an official Lindo channel, confirms eligibility and Terms & Conditions acceptance, and announces the confirmed winner publicly afterward. Unsolicited messages claiming that you have won are scams.

5. Prize

For the current Competition, the prize is the Lindo Earth V2 Electro Acoustic Guitar. The current Competition closes on 31 October 2026. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

6. Claiming the Prize

Winners may be asked to provide information required to arrange prize delivery. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, Lindo Guitars may choose another winner.

7. Delivery

If you win, you are responsible for shipping and any applicable import duties, customs fees and local taxes. Lindo Guitars will confirm the delivery cost with you before dispatch. Prize delivery is subject to legal and practical availability to your location.

8. Publicity

By entering, winners agree that Lindo Guitars may share their public winner information, social media profile, photo, or video entry for competition result and promotional purposes.

9. Rights Reserved

Lindo Guitars reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition at any time. We may also disqualify any participant found in violation of the rules or engaging in suspicious activity.

10. Technical & Legal Liability

Lindo Guitars is not responsible for entries not received due to technical difficulties and accepts no liability for injuries, damages, or losses associated with participation in the giveaway.
