Lindo Guitar Luminlays: A Small Detail for Future White Dove Models
A closer look at the side dot luminlay design we are preparing for future White Dove production models — made to stay visible in low light while remaining clear in normal playing conditions.

Sometimes, the smallest details on a guitar take the most patience.
For the future production of our White Dove models, we have been working on a side dot lume inlay design with a simple purpose: to help players see their position clearly, whether they are playing in normal light or in a darker environment.
Luminlays are useful because they can gently glow in low light. But in normal light, a plain lume dot can sometimes look too soft or blend into the side of the neck.
So we designed a fine black circle around each lume inlay.
It is a small feature, but it makes a real difference. The dark outer ring helps the side dots stand out more clearly during normal playing, while the centre still keeps the luminlay feature for low-light situations.
Simple in idea — but not simple to make.
Each small dot needs careful positioning, clean edging, and patient finishing. The detail is tiny, but the level of precision required is far greater than it may seem at first glance.
For us, this is the kind of detail that matters.
Not because it is loud or obvious, but because it quietly improves the player’s experience.
A small circle. A clearer guide. A better playing moment.
This is one of the details we are preparing for future White Dove production — a small part of the guitar, but one we still want to get absolutely right.
