Media Content Creator

Help bring our acoustic, electric and bass guitars to life on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels. Think memorable riffs, useful demonstrations, interesting design details and behind-the-scenes moments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing ideas for photos, videos and social media posts.
• Playing and demonstrating guitars on camera, showcasing their sound and features.
• Filming, editing and publishing engaging content on a regular schedule.
• Speaking confidently and naturally on camera.
• Responding professionally to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
• Reviewing how content performs and using what you learn to improve future posts.

Guitar setup is a core part of this role. We provide professional, hands-on training to help you learn how to inspect, adjust and prepare guitars for customers.

You’ll build practical skills, carry out quality checks and gradually take on more setup responsibility as your competence develops.

Previous guitar technician experience is welcome but not essential. Patience, care, attention to detail and a genuine interest in how guitars work are essential.

We use and explore tools such as ChatGPT, Codex and relevant video-editing tools to support content ideas, creative projects and everyday workflows.

You don’t need to know every tool already. You do need a strong interest in AI, a willingness to learn and the curiosity to try new approaches. Your own musical judgement and attention to quality remain important.

• Welcome visitors and create a friendly, helpful experience.
• Demonstrate instruments and explain their features.
• Help customers choose a guitar suited to their needs.
• Assist with product questions and everyday customer service.
• Keep instruments and displays organised and presentable.

Routine cleaning, tidying and upkeep of the showroom, working areas and premises are part of this position. We’re looking for someone who is happy to contribute to the practical jobs as well as the creative ones.
