I originally purchased the Lindo guitar as an update to my existing electro.
Initially had a string problem (broke E almost immediately) and later noticed a crack on the rosewood fret board. After leaving feedback I was promptly contacted by James at Lindo. I explained the problem and he requested pictures. He then agreed that the guitar needed to be replaced and arranged collection (this was all done very quickly). I am now waiting on my new guitar and look forward to receiving it and aside from this fluke flaw I initially had I can see that the company do make really good guitars (even with the crack it sounds amazing) and furthermore the after sales service is excellent.
I cannot find the part to amend my initial feedback on the seller (will continue to look), but if you are reading this scratch 1 “fair” from their feedback as I was too hasty in tarring the company when I should just have contacted them (I assumed my enquiry wouldn’t be entertained because I immediately threw the box away assuming all was well and then saw from the guarantee that I needed it. Then thought it will be more hassle to get the item replaced so in the end I couldn’t be bothered. Most definitely was a quick and professional rectification, which will teach me not to assume in future).
Quality of the guitar is excellent, sound has far exceeded my expectation.
Quality of service from James at Lindo was beyond excellent as he was immediate in contacting me to discuss my problem and then very quick to rectify the problem

Very pleased with this order. It arrived a day earlier, only one business day delivery time. The guitar is great for a basic player. I’ve been playing for over 15 years and have had lots of acoustics over the time. I’ve got a good collection of Elec guitars and basses, but never had a decent acoustic guitar. I’m not really keen on purchasing guitars without trying them but the shops down in Denmark St were a bit too pricey for what i was looking for. I read all the reviews about Lindo guitars and the feedback seemed relatively good, so trust was in the buyers! Sound is great, tuner works excellently, all the extra accessories are fine. I recorded a little bit also with this and sounded pretty fine. Nice slim body, fretboard feels good, look is great! just need to put some better strings on and i think this will b perfect. that in mind i’ve only had it a day, so have to hope that it lasts a few years. but the price is fine and as mentioned its a great beginners or mediocre guitar!

This guitar not only sounds fantastic, it looks incredible and the build quality is amazing! It can certainly take a few knocks… I love have a built in tuner and preamp. Well worth the money!!! I would put this in the same league as other much more expensive guitars such as the Epiphone EJ-200CE!!

Not a bad guitar for a first time user. I would suggest changing the strings straight away otherwise you will find yourself tuning it every other time you use it.

I purchased this guitar a couple of months ago and i am really pleased with it. It sounds fantastic and looks just as good, very easy to play as a beginner. Excellent value for money, highly recommended and brilliant service. My son is 8 years old can hold and play it as well. Very pleased.

Great guitar, nice sound. Excellent service from Chris at Lindo. When the guitar arrived the factory had left out all of the electrics. Chris sorted out the problem very quickly & a replacement was on its way to us the following day
