The ORG-SL Purple combines a full-size, 25.5-inch scale with a slim body measuring 60–72 mm in depth. Its purple burst finish, Florentine cutaway and onboard F-4T electronics bring together a distinctive appearance and practical features for playing at home, rehearsing or connecting to an amplified setup.

The ORG-SL keeps a full 25.5-inch scale in a SlimLine body measuring 60–72 mm deep. The shallower body sits closer to you, reducing how far your picking arm has to reach around the guitar when playing seated or standing.
The Florentine cutaway gives your fretting hand more room when reaching the upper frets. That makes higher-position chords and melodic lines easier to reach, with less of the body in the way.

Choose your feel and sound.
Steel strings have a brighter, crisper response, with a clear attack that brings definition to strummed chords and picked melodies. They are a natural choice if you enjoy a ringing acoustic sound or play with a plectrum.
Nylon strings produce a rounder, mellower sound with a softer attack and a gentler feel under the fingers. They suit expressive fingerstyle playing and relaxed accompaniment, especially if you prefer a softer touch.
Body, bridge and fretboard

The body has a veneered spruce top with basswood back and sides. The gloss purple burst finish and contrasting ABS binding outline the cutaway shape, while the dark-dyed maple bridge and fretboard provide a darker contrast against the top.
The two close-ups show the parts separately: the bridge, saddle and bridge pins on the body, followed by the fretboard and its shark-tooth mother-of-pearl position markers. The bridge supports a compensated bone saddle, and the 43 mm nut at the headstock is also bone.

The ORG-SL name on the headstock identifies Lindo’s Original Slim range. Its mahogany neck carries a dark-dyed maple fretboard with 20 nickel frets. Shark-tooth markers give you clear reference points when moving between chords and higher notes, while the two-way truss rod lets our technicians set neck relief for the fitted strings. Fretwork and string height are checked during setup for a smooth, comfortable playing feel.
The 19:1 machine heads give you fine control when tuning, making small pitch adjustments straightforward. A compensated bone saddle supports accurate intonation, helping fretted notes stay in tune as you move along the neck. The strap button sits on the back of the neck heel, leaving more room for your fretting hand when you reach into the cutaway.
Pickup, preamp and outputs
F-4T controls
for amplified playing.
An under-saddle piezoelectric pickup feeds the F-4T preamp. The built-in chromatic tuner lets you check the tuning on the guitar, and the master volume control sets the amplified output level.
Four EQ sliders adjust bass, middle, treble and presence. These controls let you change the amplified signal to suit your playing setup. They are grouped on the side of the body, where the tuner display and control labels can be seen together.
The output panel provides a 1/4-inch jack and a balanced XLR socket for connection to compatible amplifiers, audio interfaces or mixing desks. The battery compartment is on the same panel; a 9V battery is included with the guitar.

Each ORG-SL receives a full UK setup before it leaves Lindo Guitars in Bristol. The checks cover neck relief, nut height, action, frets, electronics and overall playability. The workshop photograph illustrates setup work on an instrument from the Lindo range.
After travelling, the guitar may need a quick tune before you begin playing.
