When the room grows quiet, every song begins with a low note. The PDB-5 V2 adds a fifth string for the notes beneath the obvious ones: a purple five-string bass with 24 frets, dove inlays and the confident, clear voice to carry a line from rehearsal to stage.

CHAPTER ONE
The PDB-5 V2 is built for lines that need a little more horizon. Its additional low B extends the familiar four-string range, while a full-size 34″ scale gives every position a settled, purposeful feel.
A sycamore body gives the instrument its handsome, rounded silhouette. Two Lindo Bass humbuckers, master volume and master tone keep the controls simple, so the focus stays on the part you are playing.
CHAPTER TWO
The solid laurel fretboard sits on a three-piece maple, laurel and maple neck. With 24 frets, the PDB-5 V2 gives you a broad, practical playing surface for exploring the whole register.
The fixed chrome bridge has adjustable saddles for intonation, while the two-way truss rod allows considered neck adjustment when needed.

CHAPTER THREE
When the room is dim, the details matter. The PDB-5 V2 has glow-in-the-dark Luminlay side dots, placed where your eye naturally looks while you play. Charge them briefly with a phone torch or any bright light and they illuminate the edge of the fretboard for clearer navigation in low-light conditions.
It is a small, thoughtful feature with a big purpose: keeping your place easy to find when the music carries on after the light has softened.
THE FINISHING NOTE
Mother-of-pearl dove inlays rise through the solid laurel fretboard, while the body-matched headstock carries the purple theme all the way to the end of the instrument.
Chrome 19:1 machine heads complement the fixed chrome bridge, bringing a considered, cohesive finish to the details you will see—and use—every day.
FINAL CHAPTER
Before it leaves us, each PDB-5 V2 receives a final UK setup. We check the cosmetics and pickups, assess neck relief, nut height and action, polish the frets, treat the fretboard, set the intonation, tune up and complete a final playability check.
It is the quiet work behind the first note—the part you should not have to think about when it is time to play.
