The Saturn’s first impression begins with its surface. Grey and blue lines follow the body’s contours, while a clear line of teal leads the eye along the fretboard. Against the coastal pebbles, those shapes find a fitting setting.
Look beyond the finish and the story becomes just as tangible: a composite neck reinforced by two carbon-fibre rods, stainless-steel frets and thoughtfully detailed hardware. A closer look moves from those visible layers to the construction beneath them, and on to the controls that bring the instrument into the player’s hands.
01 · The shape of the material
The layers are
part of the design.
The Saturn’s composite body makes its layered construction visible. As the carving passes through the grey and blue material, the lines widen, narrow and trace the edge of the instrument. The smooth satin pebble finish gives that pattern a softer, less reflective setting.
This is an electric guitar with a clearly stated physical presence: full-size, with a listed weight of 4.2 kg and a 40 mm body depth. The front and side views show its outline and the material beneath it.
02 · Beneath the playing surface
A composite neck.
A clear structure.
The C-shaped neck continues the body’s composite construction, with a teal skunk stripe visible along its back. Inside, two carbon-fibre support rods sit alongside the adjustable truss rod. The labelled illustration shows how these elements sit beneath the fretboard.
Above it, the teal composite fretboard has a 16-inch radius. The playing specification combines a 25.5-inch scale, 24 rolled-edge stainless-steel frets including zero fret, and a 42 mm ebony nut. Together, those measurements describe the platform your hands will meet.

03 · A point to steer by
The Astrolabe.
A small story in resin.
At the 12th fret, the Saturn’s Astrolabe design gives the teal playing surface its own point of focus. Its inspiration is an ancient navigational instrument that caught Creative Director Simon’s attention; that intricate circular form became the starting point for this bespoke marker.
The inlay material is resin. Beside it, Luminlay side dots provide luminous position markers along the neck. From the circular motif on the fretboard to the discreet dots along its edge, each detail has its own place in the playing surface.
04 · The details you return to
Chrome, shell
and practical choices.
The Saturn’s controls keep the layout familiar: one volume control, one tone control and a three-way pickup selector. Mother-of-pearl detailing on the knobs adds a warmer, changing reflection beside the chrome pickups and hardtail bridge.
At the other end of the strings are Lindo’s machined diecast locking machine heads, with a chrome finish and 19:1 gear ratio. Locking strap buttons and the spoke-wheel truss rod complete the hardware, with close-up views showing the details.

The locking strap buttons are part of the Saturn’s fitted hardware. Their placement follows the carved body’s outline, with the layered material visible around the attachment point.
Adjustment in view.
The two-way truss rod is adjusted through the spoke wheel at the end of the fretboard, with the access point beside the neck pickup.
05 · Let the playing tell its part
Meet the Saturn.
Then hear it.
Two Lindo Alnico humbuckers sit within chrome mounting rings. The specification lists the neck pickup at 7.1k and the bridge at 13k; the three-way selector lets you choose between their positions and combination, with volume and tone close at hand.

08 · The final chapter before yours
The case is included.
The setup matters.
The Saturn is supplied with the premium hard case shown here. The instrument rests inside its fitted interior, with the neck and body shown together so the complete package is easy to see.
Before dispatch, Lindo’s guitar technician carries out a full UK setup, including truss-rod adjustment and action. A final tune may still be needed when it arrives. From the first look at the layered body to the practical work before it leaves, the details remain part of the same instrument.
