WHITE
DOVE V3
A little white. A little warmth.
A story that follows the strings.
At the end of an evening, a white guitar catches the last of the light. Roasted maple draws a warm line around the body. A dark laurel bridge gives the eye somewhere to rest, and a dove opens its wings where a round soundhole might have been.
The White Dove V3 begins with these small contrasts. Look a little longer and the bird returns along the fretboard, the shell catches another colour, and the details begin to belong to one another. It is a visual story with a practical instrument underneath: a full-size electro-acoustic, its own controls for amplified playing, and a case waiting when the music stops.

01 / The first scene
White, framed
by warmth.
The gloss-white finish gives the instrument a clear outline. Around it, roasted-maple binding introduces a quieter, more natural colour. Laurel brings darker wood into the bridge and fretboard; chrome catches the light at the other end of the strings.
These contrasts are part of the White Dove’s character. The body is not left to tell the whole story on its own. Wood, metal and shell each add a different detail, giving the eye a reason to move slowly from one end of the instrument to the other.

A different opening
A bird where a circle
might have been.
The soundhole takes the outline of a dove in flight. Its wings reach across the white surface, allowing the darker interior to become part of the image. Look through the opening and the laser-engraved internal label adds another small detail to discover.
Beneath that finish, the construction is described plainly: a spruce top, sapele back and sides, and a mahogany neck. Solid laurel forms the fretboard and bridge. The materials support the instrument’s everyday purpose without taking away from its distinctive appearance.
From a distance, the bird is the first thing to notice. Close up, the line of binding, the grain in the bridge and the cutaway become just as much a part of the scene.

02 / Follow the flock
One dove becomes
a quiet procession.
The bird does not remain on the body. As the eye follows the strings, smaller doves appear along the laurel fretboard. The same idea returns at a different scale, linking the soundhole to the playing surface without repeating the same picture.
The inlays are made from genuine mother-of-pearl. Shell responds to the angle of the light: one bird can look bright while the next rests against the darker grain. A slight change of position brings a different detail forward. It is a part of the design that rewards looking twice.
Along the side of the fretboard, luminous position dots provide a separate point of reference for the player. They are a practical detail at the edge of the more visible decoration, especially when the surroundings become darker.
Twenty nickel frets, each specified at 2.4 mm, sit within a full 25.5-inch scale. A 43 mm bone nut establishes the width at the beginning of the string path. The visual story and the measurements belong together, rather than competing for attention.
03 / Look a little closer
The details,
given room to breathe.
The original annotated photograph gathers the White Dove’s smaller features into one view. It deserves more space than a small image beside a long paragraph, so it is presented across the full chapter width.

04 / When the room grows
The acoustic scene.
Another way to connect.
Some evenings ask for nothing more than an acoustic guitar and a chair. Other settings bring an amplifier, a recording connection or a PA system into the picture. The White Dove V3 has its electronics built into the instrument for those occasions.
A piezoelectric pickup beneath the saddle feeds the TOPS-4T preamp. The controls sit on the side of the body, leaving the white surface, the bird and the wood detailing to remain the main visual story.

Tune. Shape. Play.
Bass, middle, treble and presence controls provide four bands of adjustment for amplified playing. Master volume sits alongside them, with the built-in chromatic tuner ready before the next song begins.
The low-battery indication is another everyday detail: a small piece of information gathered in the same place as the controls a player is already using.

A route to the next room.
The quarter-inch jack offers the familiar route to a compatible guitar amplifier or audio device. Beside it, balanced XLR provides another connection for compatible PA, mixing or recording equipment.
The choice of cable belongs to the setting. The connection points are already part of the guitar, there when the next rehearsal, recording session or performance calls for them.

05 / Before the case closes
The work behind
the first evening.
The photographs tell the visible story. Before dispatch, Lindo’s UK setup and inspection in Bristol provides another, more practical chapter. Cosmetic condition and preamp operation are checked, followed by neck relief, nut height and string action.
Fret condition and playability are inspected, the fretboard is treated, and the guitar is tuned, played and given a final check. These are the small workshop tasks that happen before the instrument reaches its next pair of hands.
A premium hard case is supplied with this listing. When the strings become still, it gives the guitar its own place between playing sessions, rehearsals and journeys. The guitar and its case begin that next chapter together.

A still photograph can show the outline, the wood and the way the shell catches the light. A playthrough gives the instrument another kind of introduction. The original White Dove V3 demo is preserved below, with enough room to watch comfortably.

07 / The measured outline
Full-size proportions.
The detail in numbers.
The White Dove V3 is listed as a 41-inch full-size guitar, with a 25.5-inch scale and an 80 mm body depth. The original drawing specifies the overall length as 1,030 mm and the scale as 647.7 mm. Format, overall length and scale describe different measurements, so each is kept clearly labelled.
The drawing is shown without cropping. On a phone, tap it to see the original at full resolution. The main dimensions appear as readable text below, and the complete list follows in the specification table.
