1. Eligibility

The competition is open to participants worldwide. If you are under 18, a legal guardian must claim the prize on your behalf. Employees of Lindo Guitars and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Duration

Giveaways are held monthly throughout 2025. Each giveaway runs for one calendar month, and occasionally, multiple guitars may be given away in the same period. Competitions typically end on the 15th and the last day of each month, with multiple promotional posts referencing the same competition during that timeframe.

3. Winner Selection

Winners are selected at random using automated software to ensure fairness. We will contact you from our official account @LindoGuitars to make sure you are aware of the terms and can provide proof of age before announcing you as the winner. Each winner will be announced within 7 days after the competition closes and will be contacted through the platform they entered on. If anyone else claims you are the winner, it is a scam.

4. Prize Details

Each winner will receive a voucher equal to the full value of the guitar they have won. The voucher is redeemable exclusively at www.lindoguitars.com and can only be used to claim the specified guitar.

5. Claiming the Prize

Winners must redeem their voucher within 7 days of receiving it. After this period, the voucher will automatically expire.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• UK residents: Free shipping.

• International winners: Responsible for covering international shipping fees and any applicable import/customs charges.

7. Winner Responsibility – Content Creation

To help verify the authenticity of the giveaway, all winners must agree to create a few short videos featuring the guitar (e.g., unboxing, first impressions). This is a mandatory condition for all winners.

8. Community Guidelines

Comments or entries containing offensive language, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks will be disqualified and removed.

9. Rights Reserved

Lindo Guitars reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition at any time. We may also disqualify any participant found in violation of the rules or engaging in suspicious activity.

10. Technical & Legal Liability

Lindo Guitars is not responsible for entries not received due to technical difficulties and accepts no liability for injuries, damages, or losses associated with participation in the giveaway.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

Winner data will be collected only via the order placed on our website using the prize voucher. All personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR  for the purposes of managing your prize and communications.
