1. Eligibility: Open to participants worldwide who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Lindo Guitars and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Campaign Period: The giveaway consists of four separate posts, with one guitar given away per post. Each post will be active for one month.
Post Schedule:
1. 17th April 2024 – 17th May 2024
2. 18th May 2024 – 18th June 2024
3. 19th June 2024 – 19th July 2024
4. 20th July 2024 – 20th August 2024
3. How to Enter: Participants must comment on the giveaway post and follow the LindoGuitars TikTok page to qualify. Only comments made directly on the post are considered valid entries.
4. Selection of Winners: The winner will be chosen at random. Winners will be announced at the end of each post’s active period and contacted via TikTok to claim their prize.
5. Prizes: Winners will receive a voucher equivalent to the value of the guitar, which can be redeemed at www.lindoguitars.com. Available guitars for selection are Koya, Mizumi, Ryokou, and Kawa.
5a. “First Come, First Served” Approach: Only one of each guitar available ie. First winner chooses “Koya”, remaining guitars that can be won on following post will be Mizumi, Kawa and Ryokou.
6. Prize Claim: Winners must contact Lindo Guitars within 7 days of the winner announcement to claim their prize.
7. Delivery: Free delivery for UK residents. Winners outside the UK are responsible for paying international shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
8. Content Restrictions: Comments containing discriminatory remarks, hate speech, or other offensive content will be disqualified and removed.
9. Rights Reserved: Lindo Guitars reserves the right to adjust or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice and to disqualify any entrant for non-compliance with the rules.
10. Liability: Lindo Guitars is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues and does not assume liability for any injuries or losses related to the giveaway.
11. Data Protection: If you win our competition, we will collect your personal data through the order you place on our website (with the prize voucher).
