Pushing the boundaries in classical guitar design, the Lindo 960CEQ still maintains traditional appeal. But with modern features such as the on-board preamplifier with chromatic tuner, you can broaden your horizons. Inspired by Pablo Picasso’s Blue Guitar, the striking body top finish stands out from a crowd of plain wood tops. The tasteful inlays are sure to please those with an eye for detail.
With the nylon/steel-string combination, the spruce top gives this guitar brightness and sustain. The mahogany body and neck provide further tone-enhancing qualities for a good low-end response. This guitar has snappy mids and harmonious highs. The Venetian cutaway design in the body looks stylish and also gives players easier access to the higher register of notes on the fretboard. With this kind of versatility available, the Lindo 960CEQ will appeal to traditional classical and flamenco players as well as modern, percussive and virtuoso styles.
Having an on-board EQ with bass, middle, treble and presence, the TOPS-4T preamplifier takes this guitar to new levels for playing live or recording at home. With the dual jack and XLR outputs, you are able to connect to a guitar amplifier, PA or recording interface and the integrated chromatic tuner function provides quick and easy tuning via a backlit LCD.

Christy Lewis –
Overall I think this is a great guitar for the money. Although it has a standard wide classical neck, it’s easier to play than many others I’ve tried in this price bracket. Nice, smooth, low frets and good sound unplugged. The pick-up is fairly decent and records well with a fair distribution of sound across the strings – so I would imagine will sound good amplified. I think the look won’t be to everyone’s taste but I like it – it’s a bit unusual without being over the top. Nice detail to have the fret-board inlays to one side – and it does actually make them easier to see. Yes – this is a pretty decent solidly built guitar for the money. And it’s something a bit different too.

Bought recently. Very impressed with the guitar in the stock condition it came in, but wanted to tweak it a bit, with new strings, lower action, and bone rather than plastic nut. Took it to my usual luthier, who is one of the top guys in the area, and he was very impressed. His words…”how can they manage to make something that good for that kind of money”?. Course, he could improve it further, and has done, at a cost, but you could happily live with it as it is. A great guitar, and a great re-introduction for me to the world of nylon string. Get one!

This is a beautiful guitar. The Picasso blue finish makes the guitar look great. The sound is good and the playability is excellent. I’m using it to help encourage my granddaugher to learn to play. She’s 7 and was very excited that she could pick out Old McDonald!
The product was packaged exceptionally well and arrived in pristine condition. Lindo seem very positive about customer care and I highly recommend them based upon my purchase.
I haven’t tried the electric side of the guitar, but the controls have a quality feel about them.
If you want a guitar that’s easy to play, sounds great and looks fab, look no further than the Lindo Picasso.
Thanks to my wife for the best birthday present ever!

Much better quality than I expected, a little work on the action and this will be a real bargain!

This guitar is gorgeous looking and feels lovely, I’ve played electric for over 15 years an have always wanted a classical acoustic, I had three in mind but the price plus a different look from the usual classic style won me over. I wasn’t expecting brilliance for the price, but was swept away really. The in built tuner is brilliant, also came with a battery ( however to avoid being a berk like me, the battery is in packaging inside the saddle), also take the battery out when not using as I ran mine down from the tuner being on inside the bag. The bag isn’t brilliant but snazzy and better than nothing, was a nice surprise. needs some tlc with the action, and as like all new guitars online, the strings are old but apparently I get free strings from Lindo for this review which would be awesome. Overall this guitar is brilliant for all levels of playing, and for just shy of 200 quid… A very slick addition to my ever growing collection of guitars. I will consider more from Lindo in the future.

I have just discovered that marvellous guitar: a beauty, it seems great! I just would like a nice video presentation of it ( like for the Lindo Neptune that sounds so great!)
Well done!

Bought it for my daughter who is taking guitar lessons. So happy with it that her guitar teacher went out and bough the same one for himself.

I like this product in many ways. Firstly, I liked the fact that the guitar gave a beautiful sound when strummed and plucked. Secondly, my son thoroughly enjoyed playing in this guitar.
