Firstly, the guitar was delivered in the expected time that was stated. With regards to packaging, the guitar was well protected and came in perfect condition without a single thing out of place.
Onto the actual guitar itself, it came almost perfectly tuned – a little sharp and flat here and there, but that’s to be expected during it’s delivery. The feel of the guitar is very comfortable and the guitar stays in tune for a fairly decent of amount of time. Overall, it’s a very good purchase and good value for money considering. Very happy with this product.

I received this guitar as a present… not sure I would have bought it for myself otherwise as I’m a bit of a snob with my musical instrument… it arrived well packaged and practically in tune. The intonation was perfect… it sounds warm and loud… and I’m really surprised about the price!
It’s now sitting next to my favourite seat and is going to be my go to guitar if I ever fancy an acoustic noodle!

The FRACTAL came along with everything I needed to start playing. First of all I was impressed by the design. It looks magic to me. Never saw such perfect design work on a guitar before. The sound is even more brilliant: a bright spectrum, very full and warm. (Just imagine my Ex guitar did cost about 800 € it sounds good but not as good as this one.) Tool for adjusting the neck and Gigbag were by the way included in the package.
