Designed by us here at Lindo Guitars in Bristol, U.K, the Neptune has to be one of the most radical guitar concepts that we have produced so far. Inspired by minimal art and sculpture, it is ultra-modern and timeless in style.
The offset soundhole is a distinctive design and produces a “true sound” from the player’s perspective. It provides a tight and clear bass response which is sure to impress those with a musical ear. And those without.
In combination with the mahogany neck, the spruce laminate top provides warm and clear notes. The solid walnut fretboard adds another strong tonewood into the mix and features cream ABS binding with inlaid fret dots. The Lindo Neptune produces a very dynamic tonal range and is suitable for fingerstyle and plectrum players.
As a result of the piezoelectric pickup and F-4T preamp’s LCD and LEDs, tuning is a breeze. On the pluck of a string, LED indicators tell you if the note is sharp or flat. The LCD shows the string note and indicator needle to help accurately tune each string.
The F-4T preamp includes controls for bass, middle, treble, presence and a master volume. The Lindo Neptune is ideal for the home studio enthusiast and professional gigging musician as well as complete beginners.
Output-wise, you have the option of a standard jack or a balanced XLR. This means you can connect to an amplifier whilst simultaneously being connected to a PA or mixing desk. These features make the Neptune ideal for the home studio enthusiast and professional gigging musician.

Sevenways –
So far so good. Seems to be a good guitar all round.

First of all this arrived two days before it was expected which is fantastic service.
It was security packaged so there no worries about damage whilst in transit.
Once unpacked I was immediately impressed with the quality of the instrument, the matt black finish is truely stunning.
A bit of fine tuning and you’re ready to go. And wow, it sounds absolutely wonderful. A nice, bright sound with great bass response. Perfect!
Over the years I’ve owned a few electro-acoustics and this is by and far the best.
Fantastic value and I really can’t recommend it absolutely 100%.
It’s early days, but I’m sure this will be my ‘go to’ guitar for many years.

I purchased this guitar last week.
I have played for a few hours now and I have to say, I’m incredibly amazed by it.
The hole in the top really does give it a nice, clear bass tone.
The craftmanship alone is worth more than what I paid!
Exceeds expectations!

Nice tones, good comfortable weight, a decent little instrument.

I purchased the Neptune after my son identified it as the guitar he aspired to own. With it’s unusual sound hole placement and curious pointy design, it stands out from the sea of generic beginner guitars as an instrument with character. The guitar was packed in a protective wrap, in it’s padded gig-bag in the box and was very secure. The finish is a pleasing matte black satin with pearl white edging. The neck is a light coloured wood that contrasts nicely. The instrument was strung out of the box and only needed a quick tweak with the built in tuner (battery included!). Plugging in, it is easy to play with a lowish action and sounds lively – this will no doubt mellow a bit with playing. It produces a wholesome sound which is perfect for the aspiring rock-star. The addition of a gig bag, capo, strap, picks, string winder and truss-rod key make this a complete package that I am very impressed with. My son is absolutely delighted and I have no doubt that playing an instrument he loves will improve his playing output no end. Thank you Lindo.

I’m a beginner to the guitar side of music, but have been playing violin for 12 years. Thought while i’m home doing nothing I’d start self teaching this lil instrument. Didn’t want to go all out cheap and of course didn’t want to go all out and buy something way out of my beginner’s league. So i went right in the middle and bought this beauty. As soon as I saw this on reviews and the matte finish i was hooked. Bought it the second day of researching guitars.
In my opinion the tone is perfect mix of highs and lows and the unique design is gorgeous. Great guitar to start off with and still a great guitar for higher levels as the build is solid and the electro acoustic functionality is extremely practical. I’d always suggest going for an electro acoustic over just an acoustic.
Thanks for making this piece Lindo 🙂

Out of all the guitars that I have purchased or played this one is definitely at the top of the list. A great sounding guitar that looks brilliant
David allen –

Really like the built in tuner, really easy to use . Also got their picks and faux leather guitar strap. All great quality.

This instrument sounds as good as it looks, especially for finger picking. The location of the hole on the top left of the body result in rich deep basses which will be noticed.
I was afraid that for the price range of this instrument it would have sounded awfully cheap, but I was proven wrong! The sound of this guitar falls way beyond what you’d expect from a 150-200£ instrument.
As for the customer experience, I got a minor problem with my tuner, and the guys from Lindo were super helpful in providing a solution.
