Tonewoods and Features

The Lindo 931C boasts high-quality tonewoods and unique features that set it apart from other acoustic guitars. The linden (basswood) laminate body has a mid-size auditorium shape with a Venetian cutaway, providing easy access to the fretboard. This guitar produces a warm tone with bright, punchy highs, and the solid walnut fretboard adds to its overall tonal quality. The solid catalpa neck enhances stability and playability, while the walnut bridge features a convenient string-through design that eliminates the need for bridge pins. This feature is typically only seen on more expensive guitars, making the Lindo 931C a remarkable value for its quality.

HEADSTOCK & PLAYABILITY

The Lindo 931C Mahogany boasts a slick gloss black offset headstock with vintage-style open gear tuners, giving it a unique and stylish look. The neck is designed with a slim “C-shaped” profile, which is ideal for both strumming and fingerstyle playing. Despite being an entry-level guitar, the string height is set to the industry standard of 2.5mm, ensuring optimal playability and comfort. However, if you prefer a lighter feel, you can easily switch to 10 or 11 gauge strings to reduce finger fatigue. The Lindo 931C Mahogany is designed to be both aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly, making it an ideal choice for beginners and experienced players alike.

Bought as Christmas present for my 17 year old son, he loves it. Already picked up the basics and steaming ahead.

  2. Guitar novice

Great service, received a courtesy call to advise guitar was on way.

Arrived within the delivery time requested.

Really happy with the quality of guitar excellent value for money.

Great guitar if like myself are a beginner.I would consider lindo again when buying a more expensive model.

  3. Mr N A Bunting

I bought an electric guitar off a friend many years ago, played it twice and then left it to gather dust. Over Christmas my girlfried received a ukulele as a gift. This inspired me to pick up my old electric and give it a go. However, with the amp no where in sight, I began the search for an acoustic!

I, like thousands of others who have embarked on the guitar learning journey, have spent hour after hour trying to find the perfect beginner guitar. Unfortunately there is no right answer to this. Every comment on every forum will suggest something different. Some will say you can’t get a good guitar for less than £300, nevermind £100. So feeling lost and confused I did the unthinkable and decided to look for a guitar on Amazon. It was here that I discovered the Lindo range. After reading the glowing reviews, viewing the impressive price tag and having a chat with the very friendly staff on the Lindo website, I took the plunge and placed my order.

Well, it’s been a week now since I received my guitar (it was delivered within 24 hours of placing my order – impressive!) and I love it! It looks the part and sounds great! My fingers are sore but I am enjoying every minute of my learning, on my Lindo guitar.

So, if like me, you are confused on what to buy as your first guitar, give Lindo a look. Go to their website and have a chat with their very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even gave me a call following delivery to check that everything was okay. You just don’t get that kind of customer service anymore.

For £70, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better beginner guitar. And if you don’t like it? Not a problem. It comes with a 14 day, no questions asked, returns policy (not to mention a 1 year warrantee).

There’s a reason this guitar has received glowing reviews. It’s because it is that good! I would have no hesitation in recommending this guitar to my other fellow beginners out there. And, if you’re like I was and you don’t want to spend a small fortune on something that you’re worried will end up gathering dust in 6 months time, then give Lindo a try!

  4. Jacqui

Received a phone call from seller to say it had been dispatched, which was nice, infact it arrived the same day! Was very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. As it was a birthday present for my son I cannot really comment on the guitar except to say he is really pleased with it and it looks very good for the price paid. I will say that due to the product description I was expecting a smaller guitar but it is only slightly smaller than a full size guitar.

I recently purchased this guitar for my 8yr old daughter as an upgrade. At first i was concerned when ordering that it may be too big for her. However, I decided to proceed and within a few hours of placing order received a call from the guy’s at Lindo who I have to say were very supportive and provided the expert advice that I required in a friendly manner. This guitar I believe will serve my daughter for years to come and several family friends have rated it. I must say that I too have begun to use it during my own practice and thoroughly enjoy it. My experience with Lindo has been very positive.

Really really pleased with this guitar. Amazing quality for the cost, sounds great and looks gorgeous. I just want to sit and polish it all day. Very well packaged in a sturdy box with inner cardboard and string protection. Free, good quality carry bag inside the box too. Overall amazing product. Thankyou Lindo.

  10. P Clarke

Just bought the Apprentice series acoustic guitar for Christmas and am delighted with the purchase. My first impressions are that it’s light but solid, well put together and a great looking piece of kit. I am a beginner and am not skilled enough to comment on it’s sound etc but it is a nice sized guitar for me (I’m 5’10”) and I’d imagine would suit anyone over 10 years old so long as you don’t have huge fingers.
Overall I’d have to say that first impressions are favourable and I cannot wait until I can actually play it well enough to give an informed opinion on how it handles.
