Yet again, Lindo have supplied a top class guitar that doesn’t cost space money.
Much like the old Lindo LDG- 61BS (that I sold to my lead guitarist because he liked it so much), it has a softer tone than the earlier guitar as the Willow is an “open pore” natural finish type guitar; it is however a VERY powerful guitar with a VERY fast neck; the guitar is in many respects similar to my beloved Lindo Zodiac 12- string but in a 6- string form.
This guitar is light, has a delightful finish designed for speed and handling characteristics that would suit anyone from a beginner to a full on professional.
N.B; I AM a professional musician and now own a Lindo Purple Swallow, ORG- SL, Zodiac 12- string and the Willow, in addition to a Ca. 2010 “Chinese Characters” series 12- string, which has completed my electro acoustic collection for my playing and recording work. The total cost of all the instruments over the last couple of months was less than the price that a certain music chain quoted me for just ONE not very good electro- acoustic…
I cannot recommend Lindo Guitars highly enough. My next Lindo may well be a Bass Guitar; Lindo make those as well…

I’m so happy for this guitar

Excellent bit of kit, would recommend highly.

I am beginner. Looks good. Sounds good. Still not tried with amp. My music teacher was impressed and told it is good value for money.

I have now had this guitar for 7 months and use it daily. I would recommend it to novices and established players.

Great guitar with a lovely sound.
DavidL
Well built guitar that plays brilliantly, stays in tune, feels great and in a lovely navy blue shade through which you can see the wood grain. Really nice not just in looks but in what really counts; as a musical instrument.

Hi all, this is the second acoustic guitar I have owned, the first one being an Eko Ranger, I find this guitar, although about the same price, to be superior, not only because it has a built in tuner, but the sound is as good, if not better than the Eko, and the fact that I will now get a free set of strings…….and a couple of plectrums, plectra? What ever, nudge nudge, wink wink to Lindo (I am only supposed to get strings). Great Guitar. Note: to play through the amp, switch off the tuner!!
Matt Bjørndal-Lessiter
Fantastic piece of kit for the money – great sound both at home and gigging.
keith Nelson
Great sound, perfect for gigs or for just a bit of jamming

After ordering this product I got a call the next day from Lindo guitars to tell me my guitar had been dispatched … then it arrived the following morning which was quicker than the earliest delivery time, in fact it was lucky we were in! After opening the box I was slightly disappointed that the colour IS darker than than the picture, and not quite as much pattern as showed … I was slightly concerned as the video was depicting a darker guitar … what I got was somewhere in the middle. This is why I deduct 1 star because the guitar arrived in perfect condition the tuner is lovely and lights up blue , a lead , gig bag supplied, packaged well and other than the darker colour I can not fault it 🙂 so i am writing this review to receive a free set of strings ( an incentive to try and encourage customers to give a review ) from a professional musician based on the Isle of Wight ( banjo/ guitars/banjoleles) cheers Lindo.

This was instant love for me, as soon as it arrived I was impressed, it plays like a dream straight out of the box, the tones are bright and warm, presumably thanks to the unusual choice of materials, and everybody who has picked it up has remarked what excellent value for money it is. I’m used to lighter strings than the 12s it shipped with, but it is so playable i’m going to leave them and continue with 12s.
You could pay a lot more than this for an inferior guitar. Sounds even better plugged in.
It’s a very attractive guitar to look at as well, nice work done on the binding, and a lovely deep blue finish. It’s a bit less bright than the pictures make it look. It’s also a bit less fancy than some of the guitars Lindo produce for the same price, but I am assuming the money has been spent on the materials rather than the bling, as it really plays well. A great guitar for beginners and intermediates, but some really excellent guitarists have tried it out at my house and been suitably impressed.
Did I say it plays really well?

Firstly- This guitar IS ABSOLUTELY LOVELY LOOKING! Oh jeez i was admiring it for a while before i even touched the strings. Beautiful work from Lindo, looks damn gorgeous maaaayn.
Secondly, sounds beautiful. Clear vibrant sound when acoustic and still clear when you plug it in to a mixer or amp. The tuner is a piece of cake to use and automatically guesses which string you are tuning- You can also manually pick a string/note which is also useful too. [Comes with a battery already inside the little pop out magazine style compartment- Badass!]
Seriously, this is a very nice guitar- Was a tad bit worried that buying an acoustic guitar from amazon without playing it might be a silly idea but hey, i’m happy to be wrong about that for this bad boy!
If i was gonna really pick holes, the case is quite naff but that’s kinda to be expected when you get a soft case. Another bad point was that the wires inside weren’t glued down, meaning if i shake the guitar you can hear them rattle about- Not a big deal at all.
In essence, it’s lovely and i am incredibly pleased with this purchase- I know you will be too.

Very quick delivery time. Received the guitar in perfect condition on a Sunday!!! (was expecting it on Monday at the earliest). Very good guitar and would highly recommend this as a first guitar. Very sound build, a sturdy guitar and looks gorgeous. Sound is brilliant although I have only tried the acoustic part of the guitar. Looking forward to trying it out on an amp!!!
Alien
Excellent quality guitar, playability is good. Can’t find 1 fault with this product, no imperfections, sounds great (432hz). Brought this product during black Friday at a slight discount, so happy all round.

Great Guitar for beginner oir second guitar! lovely sound which come alive whem amplified at a reasonable price! I bought this as an open box product the only thing wrong with it was a snapped fist string and one machine head which just needed tightening! its a good guitar at full price but with £70.00 off its a bargain!!
Dennis Tayler
I absolutely love it, I don’t know where to begin. It’s a perfect size for someone like me and the built in tuner is so helpful and the strings are installed perfectly. People were saying Martin Smith made bad guitars so I had a look on amazon and saw this guitar, I thought the design looked great, I like how the guitar looks like it was made out of wood which is a little rare because most companies like to put a smooth finish on their guitars but personally I prefer this design. The bridge keeps the strings in place nicely and there is something about the fret board I love but I’m not quite sure what it is. However, my only problem is that the picture shown is a bit off, the colour of the guitar is a lot darker than in the picture but it’s quality I am really looking for so I am not too fussed.

Check out the Lindo website for more details on this item. Guitar looks exactly like the pictures, with the tuner on the side and the amp socket towards the bottom as you would expect.

One of the best guitars we have bought our sons….we’ve bought a few! Looks good and sounds great.

Been wanting a decent steel strung guitar for a while and am more than pleased with the Lindo Willow. It has a lovely depth of sound played acoustically, and an increased presence when plugged in (even through my little 10 amp practice amp). I got the guitar for £129.99 (Amazon Black Friday deal) – so well pleased by the price as well – though I think also worth it at the pre-friday price of £172.19, or the current £187.14 (the rrp of £249.99 might be stretching it a bit).
So a great guitar, and the four minor points below do not detract from the 5 star rating given:
1. Why is there not a top guitar strap button as well as the bottom one – not a great fan of tying a strap up below the tuning pegs.
2. Did not find the four band equalizer changed the sound very much – though the basic sound is fine for me and I can easily put it through pedals that will do the job, if required.
3. This may just be my getting used to the controls but I find the lights associated with the digital tuner slightly off putting. The tuner works OK and is quite useful, but once tuned I don’t really want the lights staying on!
4. Finally, I find it a bit naughty of Lindo to push for good reviews on Amazon by promising a free set of strings for anyone who leaves a “positive review” and then sends them the link to the review (I assume only if you have actually bought the guitar). This could make one question the validity of the reviews actually given! I hasten to add that, though I too will request a free set of strings, my review is genuine, and I repeat that I really do rate the guitar.
Adam H
I’m delighted with this product. The quality of build is good, the finish is great (colours in the image here are pretty representative and the wood grain texture is nice) and it sounds clean and bright with the original strings. I’m pretty new to guitars but my brother made it sound very nice.
The on board tuner is useful and though I haven’t tried out the amp yet, I’ll be putting it into a mixing desk shortly so will update my review then (and perhaps once I can string a few chords together I’ll have a little more to say about playing it!
Matthew Cowell
This guitar looks and sounds great! It is as in the photos a dark blue. The in built tuner works great and sound features extensive. Overall very good! Only down feature for me would be it doesn’t have a second button for guitar strap but I suppose that’s a personal preference. Really enjoying this guitar!

This beauty arrived this morning..a whole week ahead of estimated delivery time so I was both surprised and well pleased to see the delivery man at the door.Straight out of the box and pretty much in tune sounded great.Through my little Roland cube and with some effects thrown in,this guitar sounds really stunning. Also a very attractive guitar at a very attractive price,me and my best new friend are going to spend many happy years together.Highly recommended.

Got this guitar for my daughter for Christmas as she already has an acoustic and an electric guitar. She absolutely loves it, she said the quality is brilliant and the strings are of great quality. She and everyone else that has seen it think the pre-amp and built in tuner are brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Great delivery times and safely packaged, but the truly impressive thing was the bad boy inside. It was love at first strum. I was always going to buy a Lindo guitar since I got a place in a university nearby, but never really got round to it, so when I saw a deal on black Friday and I did not hesitate. Definitely would buy from them again.
I’ve seen a review where it says the strings go out of tune quickly, but this is a thing with new strings I have researched and should be fine once they settle.
Westo
Lovely guitar nice sound but unable to fit a strap as only one fixing point not two.
Robby
Pretty sweet guitar for the price. Nice sound and the strings that come with it aren’t too bad! Playability is nicer than my previous Yamaha CPX series guitar (which was twice the price second hand).
Lisa Bell
So I’ve have this instrument the best part of 15 mins, but so far, SO SO GOOD.
It looks great, sounds really nice and wasn’t too hard to tune up for the first time, thanks to the battery all ready to go in the built in tuner.
Very very impressive, thank you 🙂
anna craddock
Love this guitar, looks great and sounds lovely. Would definitely recommend.

In an effort to stabilise my on-again, off-again relationship with guitar I decided to purchase a new one to jump start my six string escapade, and the reviews on this model seemed stellar, so I went for it, plus it’s very VERY pretty to boot. I was not disappointed. The Willow is a wonderful piece of kit- very sturdy, with a lovely energy to its notes my original Yamaha f310 could not attest to. I’ve never used an electro acoustic before, but I am looking forward to experiencing that soon. After a couple days i can honestly say I feel my musical fire coming back 🙂 look out barre chords!!

This guitar looks great, feels great and sounds great too coming from a semi-experienced player.
Lewis
I wasn’t sure about this guitar until I saw what it looks like on a small bridge. That was was almost enough to convince me, but as I hovered over the “purchase” button I thought, hang on… what would my guitar look like if it was on a railway track? Thankfully the comprehensive listing on Amazon answered this question for me with multiple different images of the guitar on rail tracks with varying degrees of dilapidation. This is vital so you can truly picture the instrument on your own local railway track.
Gregster
I am really pleased at my purchase of this guitar. Apart from the lovely look to it, which has been commented on previously and, now, by my friends, it plays superbly too. Both acoustically & electrically.
For the price…..you can’t go wrong.
My only gripe, and it has been mentioned on an earlier post, is why oh why there is only one strap nob? I also have a 6 string Yamaha with the same annoying issue.
Perhaps somebody can enlighten me into thinking it’s a good idea to have a strap with 2 ends, but a guitar with only one end to attach to?
When all’s said & done though. 5 stars should tell everyone my thoughts overall.

This arrived exactly on time and was well packed. It is a lovely sounding guitar and comfortable to use. I am really pleased.

Great guitar, not only looks fantastic with the wood showing through the paint, it sounds mellow, warm yet vibrant. The pickup is fantastic and everything has been working perfectly whilst using my laptop connected to a speaker as an amp. I would recommend this to anyone really, beginner or expert, you can’t fault the thing its amazing.
Josh
This guitar is absolutely amazing. Looks great, and sounds great as well! I may be a total beginner, but that doesn’t mean that I cannot tell quality when I see (and hear) this guitar :P. Sure, it could use some extra paint and sanding/smoothening around the inside of the sound-hole area, and there may even be an infinitesimally small chink of light coming through mine when I look inside (though like a previous reviewer, this doesn’t seem to affect the sound) So overall, wonderful guitar; quick delivery; accurate tuner; great customer service… what more could you ask for? Seriously, just buy it, you won’t regret it 😉

Bought this for my daughters Christmas. It has an excellent sound. Very pleased with the results. However the low e string broke when it was tuned for the first time.

Bought this for my son for Christmas and so although he’s not had it yet, I have no doubt that he’ll love it, perfect for him as he’s a beginner, excellent quality, looks good, sounds great 🙂

Absolutely amazing service, they called to tell me that the product had been updated before sending it out to me and it still got to me in one day. Guitar is excellent too, I recommend to anyone to get this Guitar LDG 675, it has such a lovely tone to it. Thank you Lindo Guitars.

I have not purchased this guitar but I would like to know if this guitar would be able to be used for the game (Rocksmith) for consoles? I have no guitar experience and would love to learn. I am looking to buy a guitar it’s either between this guitar or Yamaha F370. However the game looks like a great tutor and therefore that question is very important.

Bought one of these guitars the other day for export to Spain. I didn’t want to spend too much as I would probably wreck it after a few too many drinks. I have been playing guitar almost 10 years now and would like to think i know how to tell a good guitar. This guitar has really impressed me! I live in Ireland and got it shipped to here. It was around 30 and it came quickly. I ordered it on Friday and it was here by Wednesday. This is excellent considering the Monday was a bank holiday. It came very well wrapped. It was wrapped in white thin foam, then in the gigbag, then white polystyrene around it, the neck was even well supported by some of it. There was more cardboard holding it in place. then there was a sheet of cardboard laid on top. then it was in the box and taped up with fragile tape. Then the whole thing was wrapped in another sheet of cardbord and covered in tape! After a few mins trying to open the boxes I found the guitar to be incredibly beautiful. The wood grain is amazing looking. It was already in tune straight out of the box. The Guitar itself is very sturdy but it is not 100% perfect. Around the soundhole on mine is very rough and not finished(nothing a big of sandpaper won’t fix) When the guitar was being painted you can see where the painter added too much paint and there are a few run marks around the body. The binding in some places isn’t perfect either. when you look inside the sound hole there are a couple places where you can see light coming through the joins. It doesn’t seem to effect the sound though. The neck is very nice. At the moment it is a little rough straight from the box but playing it for a while will smooth it off. The strings sit nice and low to the neck making it easy to play. The Back of the neck is the same as the body.you can feel the wood grain in it. Personally I don’t like that as i find it drags against your hand when moving up and down the neck. But, I’m sure its something i’ll get used to. Overall this is a really excellent guitar for the money, For a 200 guitar it will hold its own against many other more expensive guitars. The sound is just as good as my 500 Ibanaz Acoustic. Build quality may not be great but it is still way better than any other 200 guitar I have ever played. Its a strong and sturdy guitar that feels like it can take a bit of a beating. Well worth investing in this guitar!
SparhawkGuy1
Is very well packaged arrived he next day can’t wait to learn to play it once Ave replaced a string broken within hours was due to my own stupidity trying to tune it looking forward to the electric deluxe. To arrive. Overall a very nice guitar and good for a beginner would say even tho I don’t no much about them.
SparhawkGuy1
First Guitar I’ve ever bought and have to say I am really enjoying it, the wood has a nice finish and it is lets face it an ridiculously pretty guitar, sounds very good with/without amp and the tuning system is very good when you get the hang of it.
however, i will say that it does seem to need tuning more than other guitars i have played in the past buying new strings that you know are good or that are familiar to you may help this and the another thing is the fact there is a place to attach the bottom of the guitar strap but not for the top? Bit weird
All in all a great buy and would recommend it for anyone.

Got the guitar in excellent time. Guitar is totally fantastic. Looks great, Sounds great and its playability is fantastic. The finish on the Guitar is Beautiful. Gigged with the guitar 2 days after delivery and it sounded brilliant. Great guitar for the price.

A total beginner so don’t know much about guitars but found it easy to tune using the in built tuner which is a brilliant idea. Wanted a black guitar and this one looks great and sounds great too. So far really impressed. Arrived really quickly too. Overall brilliant quality and service. Nothing to fault. Just hope I can learn to play it properly.
